All graduates of this school of teaching are trained to consider their student’s specific circumstances; physical, emotional, energetic and psychological; where appropriate, in order to design a programme of yoga for the student to practice at home.
Sessions are one hour and students are encouraged to then undertake a daily home practice. Time between sessions is usually between one and eight weeks, depending on the therapeutic or other needs of the student.
